Join us for an evening enthralled by the energy of Adriana Pericchi – who stole the show at last year’s Down County Jump with her inspiraciones de música Venezolana.

Adriana shares Venezuelan music, work songs, Colombo-Venezuelan llanero sounds, and the translation of all of this heritage through the diasporic experience. Adriana shares lullabies, covers, arrangements, and originals that sound like ceremony along with storytelling.

Adriana Pericchi’s many homes trace the contour of her musical offerings. She was born in Caracas Venezuela and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico and now has added Kingston, New York to the list of homes in her heart. She is passionate about creative and cultural expression through dance and song, camping & backpacking, the land & garden-keeping, family, her dog, and Language Justice & multilingual spaces. She is as uniquely inspired by folklore as she is by reggaeton and urban genres.
