This weekend, we will see Glori Wilder play at the Egremont Barn. We saw Glori for the first time at The Barn’s holiday show and enjoyed the few songs she performed on that extraordinary evening. She’s a recent favorite at the Barn, having played there four times in the past year.
According to her website, “Glori is an R&B, Soul, and Pop singer living in the woods of Connecticut.” Growing up, she was surrounded by musicians, with family members singing Reggae, taking her to Bluegrass festivals, and immersing her in Hip Hop, Rap, and R&B. She states that her influences include Norah Jones, Lauryn Hill, and Fiona Apple.
