9 Great Berkshire Outdoor Concert Series

Over the past two weeks, we’ve seen a tidal wave of outdoor concert series being announced at locations and venues all over Berkshire County. We’ve been super busy adding all these shows to our events calendar so that you can pick the performances that meet your tastes and location. 

Berkshire Botanical Garden (BBG) Music Mondays – 9 performances on Monday nights between July 3 and August 28, outdoors at BBG in Stockbridge. Tickets to Music Mondays are $10 for BBG members and $15 for non-members. Entrance is free for children 12 and under.

Berkshire Busk – 10 weeks of performance on Friday nights and Saturday afternoons and evenings, from June 30th to September 2, mostly in Downtown Great Barrington, with some performances at Berkshire Mountain Distillers and Robin’s Candy. All shows are free, but since it is “Berkshire Busk,” you are encouraged to tip the musicians.

Dalton CRA – 10 shows on Wednesday and Sunday evenings between July 5th and August 13, either at the Dalton CRA Memorial Lawn or Dalton Mill and Main Lawn. All shows are free.

LenoxLovesMusic! series in Lilac Park – 8 performances on Sunday afternoons at 3:30 in Lilac Park, starting May 28th and continuing through October 8th. Not all performers have been announced, but we’ve added the announced shows to our calendar. All shows are free.

Lenox Concerts in the Park at Lilac Park – 9 performances on Wednesdays in Lilac Park, starting July 5th and continuing through August 30. We’ve not added these shows to our event calendar yet, as the times for shows have not been published. All shows are free.

Lich Gate Concerts in the Park – 1 show has been announced for June 14 at 4:00 pm at Sheffield Town Park. Offered by the Christ Trinity Church, the performance features chamber music for string quartet and oboe. Tickets are $40 for the pavilion and $20 for the lawn. Lawn seating for Children is free.

Naumkeag at Night – 8 performances on Thursday evenings at 5:00 PM from June 1 through September 7. All shows are on the lawn at Naumkeag which has stunning views (pictured above). Light refreshments will be offered in their outdoor snack shack. You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks along with chairs or blankets to sit on the lawn. Tickets for members are $10; non-members are $15. Member children are free, and nonmember children are $5.

The Mount – 2 outdoor performances are being offered at The Mount, Edith Wharton’s Home, in Lenox. The first show is June 4 at 5:30, a Pride Concert with Pamela Means Jazz Project. The second show is a Concert with John Hughes on June 19 at 5:00 pm. Both shows are free, but tickets are required as seating is limited. 

Town of Great Barrington Concert Series – 20 performances on Wednesday and Friday nights from June 9 – August 25. All shows at “Grover’s Corner Gazebo” at the Great Barrington Town Hall, 334 Main Street. All shows are free.
